Yes, everyone who would like to attend a dance course with us officially registers via our website with a dance subscription of their choice. First you choose the course you would like to attend and then the dance subscription that suits you best. 😉
All of our dance subscriptions have a term of 12 weeks (3 months) and are automatically renewed every 12 weeks . This means you don't have to register every time, but you remain registered until you cancel.
The LIMITED One Dance subscription is for 1 lesson per week and includes 12 lessons.
The UNLIMITED Three/Students dance subscription is for several lessons per week and therefore includes more than 12 lessons.
Yes, we offer the opportunity to make up missed lessons on a monthly basis . The missed lessons can compensated in the workshops we offer . It is your responsibility to make up the missed lessons in the workshops offered and to register for them.
The dates spread over several months allow you to plan the compensation in advance or early.
This additional offer of compensation within the workshops is included in the subscription price and is therefore free for all PalBailador students.
Important: We do not offer credits or discounts for open dance lessons that have not been offset by workshops.

The dance school will be closed on public holidays in the canton of Zurich. Lessons that fall on these dates can be made up for in the workshops and internships offered.
The following public holidays apply in 2025:
Good Friday: Friday, April 18, 2025
Easter Monday: Monday, April 21, 2025
Labor Day: Thursday, May 1, 2025
Ascension Day: Thursday, May 29, 2025
Whit Monday: Monday, June 9, 2025
Federal holiday: Friday, August 1, 2025
Knabenschiessen: Monday, September 15, 2025
If you are unable to attend a Salsa or Bachata lesson, you must inform us by email ( info@palbailador.ch ) at least 6 hours before the start of the course. This is necessary so that we can inform your dance partners in good time and, if possible, organize a replacement. Cancellations via WhatsApp are not valid.
Your cancellation also helps us to cancel courses if there are not enough participants. The general minimum number of participants per course is 4 people or 2 dance couples.
Missed lessons can be compensated in the workshops offered. Learn more
The trial lesson is free if you decide to stay. Otherwise the trial lesson costs CHF38.- / person . The amount can be paid online or directly after the trial lesson (on site).
If you decide to stay and continue dancing after your trial lesson, your registration details will automatically be transferred to a regular 12-week subscription. The trial lesson will then become a normal, regular 12-week dance subscription, which is also subject to the terms and conditions .
The dance subscription can be cancelled at any time, but at least 30 days before the last lesson of the current dance subscription. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@palbailador.ch . In the event of a valid cancellation, the dance subscription expires at the end of the subscription period.
Late cancellations, cancellations via WhatsApp or tacit cancellations are not valid. In all three cases, the subscription will be extended for another 12 weeks and will be invoiced.

Important : A longer absence does not count as termination. Invoices will be issued every 12 weeks until the termination is received.
If you do not cancel your registration or notify us of your (longer) absence, we will assume that you will continue to attend the courses. In this case, the course fee will be invoiced in accordance with the payment terms.
Yes, the dance subscription can be paused for a maximum of 3 months during or after or at the start of your 12-week dance subscription, upon request. The request must be made at least 15 days in advance and communicated via email to info@palbailador.ch . Please let us know in the email when you would like to pause.
In which situation can you pause?
If you pause during your 12-week subscription and you have already paid your course fee, your subscription will be paused until you return (but for a maximum of 3 months).
If you want to take a break right at the start of your new 12-week dance subscription , you still have to pay the course fees because we reserve your place. Your subscription will only start once you return.
In principle, you can take a break for a maximum of 3 months. In the event of a longer absence due to illness, etc., we recommend that you give notice so that we can free up the place.
